Oracle BI Suite Enterprise Edition Plus

Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition Plus is a comprehensive suite of enterprise business intelligence (BI) products that delivers a full range of capabilities—including interactive dashboards, full ad hoc queries, proactive intelligence and alerts, enterprise and financial reporting, real-time predictive intelligence, disconnected analytics, and more. The products in the suite are based on a proven Web service-oriented architecture that integrates with an organization’s existing information technology (IT) infrastructure for the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO). Oracle’s Business Intelligence Applications are prepackaged software applications built on top of Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition Plus. With the business-relevant, model-centric approach of Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition Plus, all users familiar with their own business can gain insight from BI tools.

Oracle Financial BI Applications

General Ledger and Profitability Analytics
Incorporates detail-level general ledger transactions and cash flow analysis across locations, customers, products, sales territories, distribution channels, and business units. Sample metrics and reports include cash-flow analysis, current, quick, and working capital ratios, and balance sheet analysis. Also, identifies the customers and transactions that are providing maximum profits by product, location, department, and geographic detail. Sample metrics and reports include, operating profit margin, return-on-asset, and return-on-equity performance.

Payable Analytics
Provides visibility into expense line detail so managers can maximize cash flow and control expenses. Sample metrics and reports include, supplier payment history, outstanding payable balances, and accounts payable turnover analysis.

Receivable Analytics
Monitors collections processes to show what customers buy and how they pay, enabling managers to identify overdue balances and other receivables bottlenecks. Sample metrics and reports include customer payment history, collection performance, bad debt-to-revenue ratio, accounts receivable turnover.

Oracle Order Management & Fulfillment BI Applications

Oracle Order Management & Fulfillment Analytics delivers deep customer insight that empowers organizations to make better decisions in each of the stages across the entire order lifecycle. By leveraging actionable and fact-based insights, companies can enhance their current order management processes to improve financial performance and customer loyalty. For example, Oracle Order Management & Fulfillment Analytics enables customers to assess likely product fulfillment needs before the order has been made, quickly identify potential order backlog issues and stay on top critical A/R and DSO issues. The insights gained from this analysis deliver actionable steps to address short term issues and provide strategic input into how to transform the order fulfillment process.

Oracle Supply Chain BI Applications

Oracle Supply Chain Analytics provide robust supply-side information, metrics, and alerts that integrate with the other applications in Oracle BI Applications product line. They deliver this insight across the organization to increase the company's effectiveness in managing its customers, suppliers, and financial decisions. Specific products enable organizations to analyze detailed performance areas that affect revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The following modules are currently offered:

  • Procurement and Spend Analytics
    Provides complete visibility into direct and indirect spend across the enterprise, payment, and employee expenses. Example analyses are spend by Commodity & Supplier, by Purchase Org, Cost Center, and expense by Employee, Buyer, etc.
     
  • Supplier Performance Analytics
    Enables organizations to have complete picture of the performance of the performance of their suppliers, including complete supplier scorecards, procurement cycle times, supplier price performance, delivery performance, product receipt quality, on-time payment ratings, payment activity and volume and payments due / overdue analysis.

  • Inventory Analytics
    Incorporates analysis of inventory held by an organization; bill of materials; and inventory movements in, out, and through manufacturing plants, distribution centers, or storage locations. This enables companies to monitor inventory levels trend to Sales performance to improve cost exposure, increase turnover through inventory level reduction and increased velocity, properly deploy inventory at the right place / right time and better understand Customer and Supplier Returns to maintain quality.
