custom formulations that patients can’t find

The Project
HVL/Douglas Laboratories has been one of CD
Group’s most extensive Oracle CRM On Demand implementations.
Oracle CRM On Demand Modules
implemented included Marketing Campaigns, Sales
Force Automation and Service Requests. The initial
implementation was for 10 users but has been rolled
out to the entire sales force for a total of 54
licenses.
The implementation included the following JD
Edwards integrations:
- One-way from World Address Book to CRM On
Demand Accounts
- Sales Orders into CRMOD so that HVL sales
people can have up-to-date information on order
status.
- Custom integration with HVL’s quote system
HVL added Google Mash Up to their Account Home
Page as well as utilized Advanced Analytics for
management. Other modules HVL plans to implement
include Call Center On Demand and Email Marketing on
Demand.
