Balanced Scorecard FacilitationThis process leverages the Balance Scorecard Framework
introduced by Robert Kaplan and David Norton and takes the form
of a strategy map. This map depicts the company’s strategy, the
critical initiatives required to achieve the strategy, and the
resulting metrics needed to monitor those initiatives.
CD Group utilizes a rapid scorecard development process to
define client’s performance metrics. The process involves 5
facilitated workshops to build overt linkages between the
business strategy and the key performance indicators that will
be used to measure the progress of achieving the strategy.
CD Group has the experience to help facilitate a productive
effort to establish a Balanced Scorecard. This process assumes
that the client’s business strategic direction is defined or
implicitly being acted upon today. As such, this exercise is not
a replacement for strategy development work.
