Information Technology (IT) Requirements Definition

Wanting new software is not the same as needing new software. Before undertaking a new software evaluation process, a well documented list of requirements can help clarify exactly which product best meets your needs and why.

In order to determine needs, establish 10 -15 primary requirements per application area as a reasonable starting point. IT Requirements should be prioritized based on their financial, strategic, and regulatory value and should reflect each Change Management, Process Change, and ROI items of importance.

CD Group has experience in helping companies define and prioritize their requirements. An experienced partner can help you navigate through all of the options to determine what is necessary versus what might be desired and understand the related priority as it relates to your business.
